- Pre-validated means that we test each mobile number to determine if it exists, the process is 98% accurate. If we provide a set of numbers which are less accurate than this we will refund credit for the inaccurate numbers.
- As part of the information we provide we include the mobile telephone service provider for the number, this information is based on the first set of digits. The information is only an approximation and accuracy varies.
- We check each number against the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) database. The numbers are checked daily at the time and the check is valid for 28 days. We provided the checked date for each number and it is your responsibility to re-check numbers against the TPS database once the valid 28 day period has expired.
- Refunds are only ever provided when the valid accuracy of premium numbers is less than 98%, no refund is given when standard number accuracy is below 98%. Refunds are only given in the form of credit.
