Both premium and standard numbers are valid, TPS checked mobile telephone numbers.
All premium numbers have been validated in the last 30 days. Standard numbers where validated over 30 days ago.
What file formats can I download my numbers in?
Currently the following file formats are available when download numbers.
- Text (.txt)
- Comma Seperated Values (.csv)
- Microsoft Excel (.xls)
What are preferred service providers?
When you download a selection of numbers you are asked to specify which service provider(s) you would prefer.
We do our best to provide you with numbers that match your preferred service provider(s), however it is dependent on availability and is only an approximation.
What can I do if more than 98% of the numbers I download are not valid?
We aim never to provide invalid numbers, however from time to time issues with the telephone networks can cause us to miss identify invalid numbers. If this is the case please contact us for a refund.
How much time do I have to download my purchased numbers?
Numberbase allow 24 hours in which to download your purchased numbers.
How many times can I download my purchased numbers?
Numberbase allows upto 20 attempts to download your numbers once purchased.
