1. Registration


You agree as an an individual to register only once on the Numberbase.co.uk web site. You agree to provide correct information in my registration to Numberbase.


2. Use of services


You agree to use the services available on the Numberbase web site only as instructed. You understand that failure to do so may result in my account be cancelled without refund.


You agree that you am soley responsible for the use of any information you obtain from the Numberbase web site.


You understand the following limitations of the information Numberbase provides:


Pre-validated means that we test each mobile number to determine if it exists, the process is 98% accurate. If we provide a set of numbers which are less accurate than this we will refund the cost of the inaccurate numbers.


As part of the information we provide we include the mobile telephone service provider for the number, this information is based on the first set of digits. The information is only an approximation and accuracy varies.


We check each number against the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) database. The numbers are only checked at the time we test them and the check is valid for 28 days. We provided the checked date for each number and it is your responsibility to recheck numbers against the TPS database once the valid 28 day period has expired.


3. Use of information


You agree not to in whole or part copy, re-sell or reproduce information made available to me by Numberbase.


4. Credit


You understand that to purchase mobile telephone numbers on the Numberbase web site you must use credit which can be purchase for 1p per credit (minimum £10 purchase) from the Numberbase web site. You understand that this credit is non-refundable.


NUMBERBASE MAKES NO WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE REGARDING THESE MATERIALS, AND MAKES SUCH MATERIALS AVAILABLE SOLELY ON AN "AS-IS" BASIS. IN NO EVENT SHALL NUMBERBASE, BE LIABLE TO ANYONE FOR SPECIAL, COLLATERAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING OUT OF PURCHASE OR USE OF THESE MATERIALS. THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY TO NUMBERBASE, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE MATERIALS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
